Where is GPlumbing located?

GPlumbing's head office is located in Carindale, Brisbane. We cover all areas including Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.

How do I contact you?

How do I know if I have a water leak?

If your water bill is higher than usual, it suggests you could have a water leak. We recommend contacting us for a professional opinion.

My tap is leaking, what do I do?

A leaking tap usually means the tap is worn-out and old, or has damaged rubber washers or rings inside. The easiest solution is to contact us to fix the leaking tap.

How do I unblock my drain?

With a few tips and tricks, your drain can be unblocked in no time. We suggest using a plunger, pouring boiling water down the drain, or vinegar and baking soda. If the drain doesn't unclog, we recommend calling us to professionally unblock your drain.

Why is my drain smelly?

If your drain is smelly, there is most likely a build up of slug caused from soap, detergents and hair in your drain pipes. We can fix this smelly issue for you.

What should I do if my toilet keeps running?

If you're able to take the lid off the toilet system, we recommend taking a photo of what's under the lid. We will be able to identify the brand of your toilet unit through the photo and fix your toilet with the correct parts straight away.

Queensland Urban Utilities said I have a spike in water usage. What do I do?

We recommend calling us to book an appointment to investigate your property for possible leaks and other means of unknown water usage.
